Uncover your truth and create a life with meaning.
When we’re facing a challenging situation, it’s tempting to ask a friend or counselor, “What do you think I should do?” But our lives are so unique and complex that someone else’s advice rarely gives us that aha moment we’re craving.
That’s where coaching comes in.
What is Coaching?
Life is complicated. Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed or lost that we struggle to see a clear path forward. Perhaps we know what our goals are, and we recognize the obstacles, but it isn’t always clear how to support ourselves in moving toward them.
As an ICF-certified coach, I use evidence-based methods of listening and inquiry designed to support creativity in identifying your own insights and strategies to reach desired your outcome.
Only you can recognize which solutions will truly solve your life’s challenges, and I am here to support you in finding the deeper answers that you didn’t know you already had.
Rosa Halev is a life coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.

Both. I’ve coached CEOs, business owners, retirees, parents, students, medical professionals, and artists - people from many walks of life! My coaching style focuses on the individual, regardless of their background or environment.
I see our personal lives and jobs as inseparable. Our CV may list our work experience, but we wake up each day in a home filled with a unique culture and needs. Similarly, we develop skills in workplaces that inform how we show up in our personal lives.Everywhere you go, you’re the same you!

Nope. While clients often describe coaching as “therapeutic,” coaching is not therapy. Therapists are mental health professionals trained to support patients with specific diagnoses. Coaches are not mental health professionals, and this is not a substitute for individuals in need of that specific type of care.
If you are currently in therapy, coaching is absolutely still an option for you! In fact, these practices can complement each other well. In comparing therapy and coaching, some clients share that past experiences in therapy were focused on looking at the past to understand the present, whereas coaching is focused on moving forward.
Deeper questions of “who am I really?” can certainly come up in coaching, as clients often explore core values and limiting beliefs. Similar to therapy’s exploration of the inner self, coaching can also be a resource for expanding self awareness and experiencing emotional support.
